Shop - Aid Music Wire is a phosphate  coated spring wire , alloy 1080-1085. The wire has a variety of applications, most notably the manufacture of springs. The wire conforms to QGW-470, ASTM-A228 and MIL-W-6101. Diameter range from .006" to .125"

Stainless: Shop - Aid Stainless Steel Music Wire is a type 302 spring temper. Stainless Wire can be used where corrosion problem exists. Diamter range from .010" to .125"

Safety Lock wire: Shop - Aid Safety Lock Wire is a type 304 annealed temper. The wire may be bent or twisted without breaking and can be used where corrosion is a problem.
